I build Power BI reporting and Python and SQL pipelines that show operations teams what is actually happening. I came to analytics from a fabrication floor, which is why I define KPIs before I build charts and validate against source records before anything reaches a business user.

Automotive Aftersales Analytics Platform
Self-directed · simulated dataAn end-to-end analytics solution for a simulated 50-branch service network across 5 regions and 3 branch tiers. I researched aftersales operations to design a KPI framework — order mix, DCSI satisfaction, complaints per 1,000, turnaround time, on-time delivery, repeat-repair rate, warranty penetration — with written metric definitions applied consistently across every report. Then I engineered an 1,800-workshop-month dataset covering 36 months with realistic regional and tier-level variation, and built a reusable Python layer of parameterised aggregation functions returning both tables and charts.
Business Order Data Processing Pipeline
A modular ETL pipeline — loader, cleaner, analyzer, reporter — processing raw order data against a product master using only core Python, with concerns separated for maintainability. Twelve validation rules cover duplicate IDs, missing fields, invalid quantities, price mismatches and malformed dates. Every failure routes to a rejection log with an explicit reason rather than being silently dropped, so discrepancies can be investigated instead of disappearing.
E-Commerce Database & SQL Analysis
A normalized five-table schema with primary and foreign keys and NOT NULL and CHECK constraints, documented in an ERD for stakeholder review. On top of it, 60+ analytical queries spanning joins, aggregations with HAVING, CASE logic and correlated subqueries — answering revenue by customer segment, gross profit, payment failure rate and lapsed-customer questions.
E-Commerce Database & SQL Analysis
Designed a rules engine deriving savings rate and EMI-to-income ratio from customer inputs to produce risk tiers, value tiers, and three-way loan decisions (approve / reject / manual review) with justification for each outcome.
Business Performance Dashboard
Three related datasets cleansed, with a formal cleaning log recording each issue, the affected row count and the remediation rationale — an auditable trail of every data quality decision. The dashboard carries calculated revenue and margin fields, 12 pivot analyses and six visuals with KPI cards for revenue, gross profit, total orders and cancellations, plus slicers and chart titles that state the finding rather than naming the chart.
Kitchen Prep Time Prediction
Zomathon 2026 · Team DatalyticsA team entry for a live food-delivery logistics challenge run by Coding Ninjas with Eternal/Zomato. We framed the business problem against baseline operating metrics for rider wait time, ETA error, order delay rate and rider idle time, then designed a multi-phase prediction and verification pipeline using a LightGBM ensemble that fused historical context with live operational signals — with reliability gating so the system degraded gracefully when any single signal failed.

Design that survives contact with the shop floor.
I design mechanical components and the processes that make them — sheet metal and assemblies in SolidWorks, CATIA V5 and AutoCAD, validated with Ansys FEA and CFD, and prototyped through FDM and SLA printing. Two years in fabrication taught me that a drawing is only as good as the part that comes off the machine. MEng from Western, Six Sigma Green Belt, one granted design patent.
